SPRING QUARTER 2013

LUNCHEONS AND DINNERS

 

Food Service students enrolled in the Banquet Operations and Management class and Meal Service I class will be preparing/serving luncheons and dinners during the Spring Quarter.    By attending and supporting these luncheons and dinners, you are providing our students with an experience that will help them meet their educational goals.

 

A reservation is required to attend these meals because of the limited space.   You may make your reservation(s) by contacting Marcia Blender in advance at (402) 437-2446 or mblender@southeast.edu.   If you are making reservations for 6 or more, pre-payment will be required before the time of the meal.

 

LUNCHEON DATES

Luncheons will be served at 12:00 noon in Room E2/E3 on the 8800 “O” Street Campus.   The cost is $13.00 per person (includes tax/tip).   The luncheon is comprised of a soup or salad, main entrée, homemade bread and dessert with beverage (tea, coffee, milk or ice water).  The menus were not available at the time of this e-mail.    When available, the main entrée for each luncheon will be sent to you upon request.

DINNER DATES / MAIN ENTRÉE

Dinners will be served at 6:30 p.m. in Rooms E2/E3 on the 8800 “O” Street Campus.   The cost is $22.00 per person (includes tax/tip).   The dinner is comprised of a soup, salad, sorbet, main entrée, homemade bread and dessert with beverage (hot or iced tea, coffee, milk or ice water).    The menus were not available at the time of this e-mail.    When available, the main entrée for each dinner will be sent to you upon request.

It is important that you attend the luncheon/dinner for which you made your reservation.  The students are required to calculate their food costs to fit within a budget of what we are charging for the meal and the number of reservations made.   If you are unable to attend, please notify MarciaBlender or you may be charged for the meal.

We only accept checks or cash at this time.
